Where can I find large cheap rugs to go in my apartment?

Im going to be moving into a small one bedroom in a few weeks but the whole place is tile flooring. There is no carpeting at all.(its what I can afford) but anyway I wanted to know some suggestions on rug types and good places to purchase them. Im also going to be having a baby in 2 months and I know this tile is going to be cold so i need some suggestions on rugs that will help with some vinillation.
